Can be used in "sloper" (inclined, forming an angle of between 30 and 45° approximately and the lowest part must be more than 2m above the ground) or horizontally, without adjustment, SO-239 connector. The ITA TTFD, which is not sensitive to background noise, allows optimized reception on the low bands. Use in transmission with coupler recommended.
Originally used by the US Navy, the T2FD for "Tilted Terminated Folded Dipole" has long remained one of the most used in many armed forces throughout the world thanks to its wide bandwidth. Operates from 3 to 30 MHz.
Horizontal use between 2 high points.
